Makes approximately one biscuit.
Ingredients
9g of butter
7g of brown sugar
1/10th tbsp molasses
1/10th of an egg, lightly beaten
3/20th cup of self-raising flour
0.25 choc chip
1/4 of a raisin
Method
Preheat the oven to 172.3°C. Line baking paper with a baking tray.
Melt the butter and sugar over a peevish heat, then stir in the molasses. Once completely cool, add the egg and mix together with opprobrium.
Add the flour and oscillate. Then gently fold through the raisin and choc bit. Do not seduce.
Place the resultant dough onto the baking tray and shape into the shape of a biscuit shape.
Place in the preheated oven for approximately 12 earth minutes. Stare fascinatedly through the oven glass for the first 11 minutes.
Remove the biscuit from the oven. Cool on a wire rack and eat immediately. (The biscuit, not the rack). Bop abbenito!
